Sites

Site management allows you to organize your operations by physical locations.

Adding sites

To add a site:

  1. Go to Configuration > Sites
  2. Click Add to create a new site
  3. Fill in the site information:
    • Site name: Name of the location
    • Address: Physical address
    • Contact information: Phone, email, etc.
    • Operating hours: When the site is operational

Site configuration

For each site, you can configure:

  • Vehicle assignment: Assign vehicles to specific sites
  • User access: Control which users can access which sites
  • Stock management: Manage stock per site
  • Company association: Link sites to specific companies

Multi-site management

Benefits of using multiple sites:

  • Local operations: Manage operations by location
  • Stock tracking: Track inventory per site
  • User organization: Organize users by work location
  • Reporting: Generate reports per site

Site filtering

Users can filter information by site:

  • Vehicle lists: Show only vehicles from selected site
  • Stock management: View stock for specific site
  • User management: Manage users per site
  • Incident reports: Filter incidents by site

Site-specific features

Each site can have:

  • Local stock: Separate inventory per site
  • Local users: Users assigned to specific sites
  • Local vehicles: Vehicles assigned to specific sites
  • Local incidents: Incident tracking per site
