Performing disinfections or vehicle controls (as a paramedic)

There are two ways to access the controls to be performed on vehicles:

1. Via the “To do” tab (not visible for managers)

• This page presents all vehicles on which you can perform controls. Available vehicles and controls depend on the configuration and access permissions (see Add/Modify employees).
• To perform a control, click on the control name under the vehicle name. If a follow-up sheet is open, the concerned vehicle will appear first.
• Then, validate the checkpoints. You can save an incomplete control to complete it later.

2. Via the QR Code

• By scanning a vehicle’s QR Code, you can perform a control or disinfection by clicking on the name of the desired control or disinfection.

After validating a disinfection or control, a popup appears with the list of other actions to do on the vehicle. You can then continue with another control or end the session.
