Setting up disinfection proceduresAdd/Modify a disinfection

Add/Modify a disinfection

To create a disinfection procedure, click on the Add button. Several options are available to configure pre-configured procedures.

To modify an existing disinfection procedure, click on the Edit button.

Information to fill in

When creating or modifying, you can fill in the following elements:

  • Name: Name of the procedure.
  • Vehicle type concerned: Select the vehicle type.
  • Who should perform the disinfection: Indicate the profiles concerned by this disinfection (e.g. paramedics, taxi drivers, disinfection managers). These people will be notified in the application of disinfections to be performed.
  • Disinfection products: For maximum traceability, mention the products used during disinfections (see Disinfection Products Configuration).
  • Documents: You can add documents viewable by people performing the disinfection.
  • Recurring: Indicates if the disinfection should be performed on a recurring basis. If this box is unchecked, the disinfection can be performed at any time, for example after an infected patient or between each patient.
    • The difference between recurring and non-recurring lies in the monitoring. A recurring disinfection includes delay monitoring, while a non-recurring disinfection has no completion date and can be performed at any time.
  • Preserve initial recurrence: in case of a delay in performing the control, the recurrence will apply from the control completion date if this box is checked. Otherwise, the recurrence will always apply to the initially planned date.
  • Display in calendar: Displays the disinfection in the calendar.
  • Can be performed in advance: Allows early completion of the disinfection.

Recurrence and alert configuration

  • Define recurrence: In the case of a recurring disinfection, you can define its frequency.
  • Alerts: For disinfections performed by paramedics or taxi drivers, it may be unnecessary to set up alerts.

Once configured, click Save. In case of creation, you will be redirected to the checkpoints page.

Checkpoints

To configure the checkpoints to validate during disinfection, click on the Checkpoints icon in the disinfections table.

When creating a disinfection procedure, you will automatically be redirected to this page after the first step.

Checkpoint configuration works the same way as for the follow-up sheet (see Follow-up Sheet Configuration). Checkpoints are grouped by categories, and you can add checkpoints in each category. When creating a procedure, three checkpoints are automatically created. You can keep them, modify them or delete them.

Disinfection planning

If the procedure is recurring, proceed to the planning step after configuring the checkpoints.

From this page, accessible after the checkpoints step or via the Planning icon , you must fill in the next disinfection date for each concerned vehicle.

  • Click on Not planned to configure a disinfection for a specific vehicle. In the window that appears, select the date.
  • You can also use this page to modify the dates of already scheduled disinfection procedures by clicking on the date associated with the vehicle.
