To configure the checkpoints step, see the Follow-up Sheet Configuration section.
-
For Yes/No checkpoints: one click validates the checkpoint without incident, a second click turns it red to declare an incident. In case of declaration, it is mandatory to add a note (minimum 3 characters) and it is also possible to add a photo.
-
For Status checkpoints (colored circle): only the red color triggers an incident.
-
Slider checkpoints allow you to obtain a precise value of a level (for example, fuel, O2, etc.). In the configuration, you define yourself the value from which an incident will be reported.
Other types of checkpoints:
-
Free field: just enter a value. You can consult this value in the follow-up sheet detail (see the Follow-up Sheet section).
-
Photo: just take a photo.
-
Date: fill in a date
The Comment field at the bottom of the page allows you to send a note or remark to the manager.
When there is an ongoing incident on a checkpoint, the checkpoint appears in red. You have the option to add notes to the existing incident.
When there is a permanent incident (see Incident Management) on a checkpoint, the checkpoint appears in orange. You have the option to add notes to the existing incident.
Once the checkpoints are validated, you return to your vehicle page, from which you can perform actions on it (see information feedback).
