Content management interface

This interface is accessible after creating a kit or when you modify its content (kit sub-page, Supplies).

Interface structure

  • Left table: Current kit content as known in the application.
  • Right table: Missing supplies, indicating supplies entered in the template but absent in this kit.

Updating supplies

Adding a supply to a kit

To add a supply to a kit, click on the + in the missing supplies table. A popup opens and consists of the following options:

  • Comes from stock: If you manage stock for this supply (see Stock Management), a “Comes from stock” checkbox will be displayed.

    • Check this box if you are rearming from stock; uncheck if not.
    • If “Comes from stock” is checked:
      • Storage area: Choose the storage area if several areas are available.
      • Available stock: Access the stock of this supply in the selected storage area.
  • Expiry date and Batch number: If the expiry date or batch number is activated for this supply, they will be requested.

    • If several supplies of the same type but with different expiry dates are present in the kit, specify the quantity for each expiry date and repeat the operation.
    • If “Comes from stock” is checked, this information will be proposed as a dropdown list based on your stock. Otherwise, you will need to enter it manually.

Removing a supply from the kit

To remove a supply from the kit, click on the - in the left table. You will also need to specify the quantity removed.

Tracking modifications

When you make modifications to the kit, two tables appear on the right side to list your actions. If you make a mistake, simply click on the red cross to cancel an action.
