Accessing information and history of a replaced vehicle

In the vehicles page, use the filter icon to display replaced vehicles. This allows you to access information and history of vehicles that are no longer in service.


Reactivate or view a deactivated user

From the users page, use the filter icon to display deactivated users.


Resolving the issue of not receiving alerts

If you or your managers do not receive alerts (email or notifications), please check the following points:

  1. Email address: Make sure the email address is properly filled in the user account (see User Management).
  2. Notification settings: Check that alerts are properly activated in the user’s notification management.

Efficiently manage clothing stock

  1. Add clothing to supplies: Create entries for each size and type of clothing, for example “Pants S”, “Pants M”, etc. Also add a common tag, such as “clothing”, for these supplies.

  2. Create a dedicated storage area: For optimized management, create a storage area that only displays supplies with the “clothing” tag. Manage the stock of this area as for a classic supply.

  3. Manage employee allocations:

    • Create a kit type named “Clothing” with the Free content option checked.
    • Ignore content management for this kit type and go to Kits via the left menu.
    • In the Clothing tab, click Add to create a kit for each employee. In the Name field, enter the employee’s name and do not assign it to a vehicle. Save.
    • In supply management, click Add a supply, select the supply (for example, “Pants M”), specify the quantity, then add. Repeat for each employee’s clothing.
    • Once the allocation is complete, click Save. You can now track movements for each employee by managing the allocation as a kit.

Global expiry date management for certain kits

If you want to manage a global expiry date without detail for each supply, create a generic supply, for example “BRULKIT”. Then create a BRULKIT kit type that contains only the generic supply “BRULKIT”. Thus, you will be alerted when the global expiry date of the kit needs to be renewed.


Get stock valuation

  1. Add suppliers and unit prices: Associate suppliers with supplies and fill in unit prices.
  2. Export stock status: In the pharmacy, use the Funnel icon in the top right to download stock status in Excel format.
  3. In this export, you will find your stock status as well as a column per supplier with the unit price. By crossing this data with the quantity in stock, you can calculate the valuation of your stock.

I accidentally deleted data. Is it possible to recover it?

Is there a history of changes in Luminiz?

Yes, all modifications and deletions are recorded. On request, we can provide the history of changes.
