Add a storage area

To add a storage area, you can either go through the Pharmacy by clicking on the +, or go to Configuration > Storage Area.

The creation or modification form for a storage area consists of the following fields:

Name: Name of the storage area.
Accessible to drivers: Allows drivers to rearm a kit from this storage area.
Attached to site: Site where this storage area is located.
Restrict access to employees attached to the following companies: Only employees of the companies entered in this field will have access to this storage area. Leave this field empty if you want employees to be able to rearm a kit from any area.
Display only supplies with tags: Allows you to display only supplies associated with the tags specified in this storage area. For example, you can create a “Clothing” storage area that only displays supplies with the “clothing” tag. The available values for this field are the tags you have added to the supplies. If the list is empty, start by adding tags to the supplies you have created.
