Incident management

Incident management

To manage incidents, click on Incident in the left menu.

As long as an incident is not closed, it will remain visible when opening a follow-up sheet. New incidents or those in progress will appear in red, and permanent incidents in orange. (See Vehicle Departure section)

Incidents are divided into four categories:

  • New incidents: incidents reported without any action taken yet.
  • Incidents in progress: incidents for which action has been taken to resolve them.
  • Permanent incidents: fleet incidents that are not corrected, without a planned resolution date. The interest is to keep a record of these incidents, such as a scratch on a vehicle, to avoid them being redeclared.
  • Closed incidents: incidents that have been treated, allows to have a history

To manage an incident, click on its name. A popup will display the information related to the incident.

Available actions on an incident:

  • Add a note: allows you to add a note to the incident to place it in the incidents in progress.
When adding a note, you can choose between a previously saved note or a free note (by clicking on Free note).
To manage free notes, see the Configuration / Note Template section.

  • Schedule an intervention: records an intervention related to the incident (see Intervention Management).
If an intervention is already planned, the button will display Intervention Scheduled. By clicking on it, you can see the details of the intervention and validate it (see Intervention Validation).

  • Permanent incident: allows you to classify the incident as a permanent incident.

  • Close the incident: adds a note and moves the incident to closed incidents.
When closing, you also have the option to update the pharmacy by checking the Update pharmacy box. This will allow you to remove supplies from stock.

Treat multiple incidents simultaneously:

Thanks to the checkbox in the first column of the incidents table, you can manage multiple incidents at once. When at least one incident is selected, a Modify Selection button appears.

In the popup, you will find on the left a summary of the notes of the selected incidents. In the right part, you can modify the properties of all selected incidents. The modifications are applied directly, without the need for additional saving.
