Maintenance monitoring

When alert thresholds are reached, employees who wish to receive alerts will receive either an email or a push notification (see the Alert Management section).

You will find all your reminders from the Control and Maintenance page.

The first tab of this page lists the reminders and/or controls whose first alert is reached or, if there is no alert, when the due date is reached.

Then, you have a tab for each maintenance set up.

To validate the completion of a reminder, you have two options:

• The orange button to create an intervention, thus allowing you to keep a history of vehicle garage visits. (See the Maintenance interventions section)

  If an intervention is already planned for this maintenance, the icon will be replaced by this one: .

• The green button to simply validate that the maintenance has been performed and reschedule a next reminder.
• The trash button allows you to delete the upcoming maintenance.
