Creating and modifying kits

To manage your kits, you need to go to Kits in the left menu.

The interface is composed as follows:

• Kits to change: First tab listing kits in which at least one supply expires soon or is expired. By clicking on the kit name, you find the concerned supplies.

• Kits to complete: Second tab listing kits whose content is different from the template.

• Kit types: Then, each kit type you have created appears as a tab. To add a kit, click on the desired type tab, then on Add.

Kit creation/modification form

The form is composed as follows:

• Name: Kit name. It is recommended to have a unique name for each kit, composed of the type and the name of the vehicle in which it will be used, or a unique number.

  Examples:

  • BRULKIT - A1 (if the kit is attached to a specific vehicle)
  • BRULKIT - 1 (if kits can change vehicles)

  This will make the interface clearer.

• Kit type: Name of the template for this kit.

• Vehicle: Vehicle in which the kit is present (can be left empty).

• Company: Company to which the kit is attached. If you have several companies, the kit can still be attached to a vehicle from another company.

Once you have saved your kit, you will be able to manage the content.
