Add/Modify
Warning: in this section, maintenance includes both vehicle or equipment maintenance and employee reminders (for example, diploma renewal, etc.).
To set up maintenance, go to Configuration > Reminders and Controls.
Then click on the Add button. You will have the choice between predefined templates, such as oil changes or technical inspections, or reminders based on mileage, date, or the first of the two.
To modify maintenance, click on the Edit icon opposite the maintenance name.
Creating and modifying maintenance
The reminder creation or modification form is composed as follows:

Name: name of the reminder, for example Oil Change.

Concerns: indicate who is concerned by this reminder, such as Vehicles, Equipment or Employees.
If you select Vehicle or Equipment, you will need to choose in the following field the type of vehicle or equipment concerned.Warning: this does not mean that all vehicles/equipment of the selected types will automatically be concerned. You will be able to choose later which specific vehicles or equipment are concerned.

Who should perform this control: in the context of a maintenance reminder, you can leave this field empty.

File: allows you to add files that will be viewable when performing the control. In the context of setting up maintenance, leave this field empty.

Recurring: if this reminder is recurring you must check the box.

Km: if this reminder concerns vehicles, you can set up a reminder based on mileage. You will then need to enter the recurrence in KM.
Warning this value is a default value. You can then adjust this value per vehicle.

Alerts: choose when you want to be alerted. You can add as many alerts as you want.
Specify the number of kilometers before the due date at which you want to receive the alert.
Don’t forget to press the + to validate the addition.Warning: if you don’t fill in alerts, you won’t receive any, even if the mileage is exceeded.

Date: indicates if this reminder is based on date. You will then need to enter the recurrence in days/weeks/months.
Warning this value is a default value. You can then adjust this value per vehicle.

Alerts (Date): indicate the number of days before the due date at which you want to receive the alert. You can add several.

Can be performed in advance: in the context of a maintenance reminder, you can leave this box unchecked.

Preserve initial recurrence: in case of delay in performing the control, the recurrence will apply from the date of performing the control if this box is checked. Otherwise, the recurrence will always apply to the initially planned date.

Display in calendar: the maintenance will be visible in the Planning
You can select both km and date: in this case, you will be alerted at the first of the two events if the vehicle drives little.
Once validated, you arrive on the Planning page. It is on this page that you will attach the maintenance you just created to your vehicles, equipment or employees. See the Planning section.
