Creating an intervention

When creating an intervention, the interface is divided into two parts: the left part for entering intervention information, and the right part for displaying a preview of the repair order that can be sent by email to the partner.

Left part: Intervention information

  • At the top of this part, you see the ongoing incidents on the vehicle and upcoming maintenance.
    • By checking the boxes next to incidents or maintenance, you indicate that these problems will be corrected via this intervention.
  • Specify the intervention dates, add a name and select the partner (see Partner Management) who will handle the intervention.

Right part: Repair order

  • The text area is editable. By default, it contains the name of the checked incidents or maintenance, but you can add additional information.

Save options

  • Save: Creates the intervention for the vehicle, which you can find in the vehicle’s interventions (see Vehicle Management).

    • If the intervention includes incidents, they will automatically be moved to ongoing incidents.
    • If the intervention includes maintenance, the intervention icon in the Services and Maintenance section will indicate that an intervention has already been planned.
  • Save and send: Saves the intervention and sends an email to the partner with the repair order as an attachment. A copy is also sent to people who have activated the alert (see User Management -> Alert Management).

    • You can customize the subject and content of the email if necessary.
    • In addition to the repair order, you can add other documents, and if incidents include photos, you can also attach these photos.
    • Once everything is configured, you can send the email.
