Add/Modify a checkpoint

  • Name: Name of the checkpoint.

  • Description: Text that will appear under the checkpoint name.

  • Vehicle pickup: The checkpoint will be displayed during vehicle departure.

  • Vehicle return: The checkpoint will be displayed during vehicle return.

    Both options can be checked.

  • Category: Category to which the checkpoint belongs.

  • Vehicle type: Select the vehicle types concerned by this checkpoint.

  • Vehicle: If this checkpoint only concerns certain specific vehicles.

    Note: The Vehicle type and Vehicle fields cannot be filled in simultaneously.

Checkpoint type

  • Yes/No: Checkbox to validate the control.
  • Condition: Four colored circles (green, yellow, orange, red) to indicate a state.
  • Slider: Slider to manage quantities (e.g. fuel volume, oxygen volume, number of sheets, etc.).

Slider type checkpoint configuration

  • Minimum: Minimum selectable value.
  • Maximum: Maximum selectable value.
  • Step: Selectable value between minimum and maximum.
  • Required value: Any value below this limit will trigger an incident.
  • Label: Text displayed next to the remaining quantity (e.g. %, liters, bar, etc.).

Example: To validate fuel quantity in % with a minimum required of 80%:

  • Min: 0
  • Max: 100
  • Step: 10
  • Required value: 80
  • Label: %
  • History: For Slider type checkpoints, you can activate history. By activating this option, the checkpoint value will be pre-filled with the value from the previous control.
  • Photo: Requests taking a photo.

  • Free date (without incident): Requests entering a date without incident triggered.

  • Limit date with incident: Specify a number of days relative to the control date. If the difference between the entered date and the current date is less than the indicated number of days, this will trigger an incident.

  • Free field: Simple text field to fill in during control.

  • Periodicity: Allows you to specify if the checkpoint will be displayed every day or certain days of the week.

Additional options

  • Assignable to: Incidents created from this checkpoint will be automatically assigned to the specified profiles (see Roles and permissions).

  • Tags: The created incident will automatically have the specified tags.

  • Priority: The created incident will automatically have the specified priority.

  • Save and new: Saves the checkpoint and allows you to add another one.

  • Save and return: Saves the checkpoint and returns to the previous page.
