Getting Started with Luminiz
Installing the Luminiz app on PDAs
In addition to the web version, you can install the Luminiz app on PDAs. Each user (see User Management) must have their own account, which allows individual tracking of actions performed.

Incident reporting
The first thing you can set up is vehicle control during shift handover, to get feedback and quick incident management.
To do this, make sure you have created at least one vehicle. Go to the Vehicle Management section for more information.
Also check that you have registered at least one other user so you can perform tests with vehicles requiring a partner. For this, consult the Employee Management section.
When creating your account, depending on the options chosen, some checkpoints may have already been created.
To check, create or modify checkpoints for follow-up sheets, consult the Follow-up Sheet Configuration section.
To perform a vehicle departure and thus validate the control process, consult the Vehicle Departure section.
Once the follow-up sheets are in place, you will begin to receive your first incident reports. To learn how to handle incidents, go to the Incident Management section.
Vehicle maintenance
Another feature you can set up quickly is vehicle maintenance alerts (oil change, technical inspection, etc.).
For this, consult the Alerts & Maintenance section. This will allow you, after configuring the alert recipients (in Alert Management, under the Employees section), to be notified by email, by notification on your smartphone, or both, when maintenance is needed for your vehicle.
Setting up stock and expiry date management
This part is not essential to start using Luminiz quickly. It takes longer to set up, as it requires a complete inventory of your kits and stock. However, once this part is configured, you will benefit from alerts and precise tracking of all your kits and stock.
You will know which supplies to replace in a kit thanks to your table, and which supplies are expired or in low quantity in your stock.
To set up kit and stock management, you can consult the Supply Management section.
