Kit to complete

This page allows you to perform kit rearming.

You will find a list of all kits present in the vehicle.

For each kit, you will see the missing supplies compared to the model you have defined (see Kit Type Configuration).

Kit rearming

In front of each missing supply, a + button allows you to rearm the kit. In the window that appears, you can indicate whether the rearming comes from stock or not.

• If the rearming comes from stock:

  • Select the storage area from which the supplies come (if only one storage area is possible, it will be automatically selected).
  • If the supply has an expiration date, also select the expiration date to remove from stock.

• If the rearming does not come from stock:

  • Uncheck the box and manually fill in the information related to the rearming.

Kit replacement option

Depending on your internal organization, it is possible to activate the Kit Replacement option (See Workspace Configuration). This option allows you to replace a complete kit instead of rearming it.

• To replace a kit, click on the Replace button and select the new kit.
• This operation can be further simplified thanks to the QR Code (see Setting up QR Codes for kits).
  • In the popup window, the QR Code button allows you to scan the new kit instead of searching for it manually in the list.
